Kimberly Cornish’s path to music hasn’t been a straight line—and that’s part of what gives her something to write about.
Her story includes climbing onto bulls in her late teens, building a nursing career spanning nearly two decades, and finding another way to connect with people through country music. Each chapter brings something different to her songwriting: the grit of her rodeo days, the compassion of nursing, and the perspective that comes from living through a few unexpected turns.
As an independent country singer-songwriter, Kimberly draws inspiration from her own experiences and the people whose stories have stayed with her.
